1. Our "super early bird" items will be featured under "New Arrivals" with the item name, estimated arrival time, and "super early bird" price displayed.

2. You can take advantage of our "super early bird" prices, which are lower than our regular prices, to purchase your desired items. After the "super early bird" period ends, the item's price will return to its normal rate.

3. Please note that coupons or points cannot be used for "super early bird" items.

4. We require immediate payment upon checkout.

5. "super early bird" items will be shipped within 10-15 business days after the product arrives.

6. If there are any changes to the actual arrival date due to logistics, customs, or other factors, we will not provide further notice.

7. For updates on the status of your "super early bird" items, you can check the "My Orders" page.

8. If you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, please log in to the "My Orders" page and click "Cancel Order." If your order has not yet shipped, we will process a full refund promptly. However, if your order is already in transit, we will need to recall the order from the shipping company and require C$25 recall fee from full refund.

9. If you need to change your order information, please contact us via [email protected] before shipping.

10. If it is a non-quality return, we will deduct corresponding shipping charges from your refund according the item you bought. You can contact us via Emails to state your return reason and request a return label. Our customer care team will inform you of the shipping cost.

If there is any quality issue with the item, please feel free to contact us, we will exert great effort to cope with the issue according to the status of the item with partial refund, full refund, return for replacement.

If the original packaging is lost, a repackaging fee of C$45 per item will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will issue a refund.
