The unit was carefully packed, not one scratch on it. every piece was labeled correctly. Every hole lined up properly and after assembly it is so very sturdy!

She and her granddaughter put this cart together and they did an excellent job. She said the instructions were good, all the parts, screws were there. It arrived on time and in good condition. The packing was excellent. She is to send me a photo of it in her kitchen. She is so proud that they could put it together themselves, and not have to ask her son or brothers to help. Go women. So awesome. Thanks for a good product, with good instructions and all the correct parts, screws, etc.
