However, if your order is already in transit, we will need to recall the order from the shipping company and require C$25 recall fee from full refund.

10. If it is a non-quality return, we will deduct corresponding shipping charges from your refund according the item you bought. You can contact us via Emails to state your return reason and request a return label. Our customer care team will inform you of the shipping cost.

If the original packaging is lost, a repackaging fee of C$45 per item will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will issue a refund.
