I haven't had a chance to use it much but plan to very soon. The few times I have used it my neck and shoulder muscles have felt less tight and feels so much better.

This massager is a blessing for my shoulders.it eases pain and provides comfort. A bit heavy in weight but manageable because of the belt. Temperature control addson to relieving pain temporarily.

1) How long is the AC cord? 2) Can one choose the heat level? If not, to what temperature farenheit does it heat? 3) As it shuts off automatically (wish one could choose when) in 15 minutes - Can you restart it immediately or do you have to wait and if so, how long? 4) How wide and long is the heated area & is it located just behind the neck? If so, extending it so on could also use it over the shoulder to get the horrible pain of spasms down the inside of the shoulder blades (I use 3 of the long bed buddies at a time, but another microwave died.....) so this would be great.
