I have waited to write a review since we purchased this unit when it was still hot and wasn’t sure how the heating unit would perform. We installed it to regulate the temperature in our garage. The unit works perfectly to both heat and cool. You can barely hear it! It will allow us to use the garage for extra room during gatherings in any weather. We should have bought this earlier.

I was a little worried when I bought it because it was cheaper than the others. But I like it very much. I installed it in my bedroom. It cools and heats very well. I've used it long enough to be able to use it in cold weather. It runs well.

With the recent temperature drop outside my new 12000 btu 230V mini split outdoor unit frosted up. I had to put it in cooling to defrost it. Any thoughts as to why?

does the remote have a thermostat and does the Ifeel function allow you to set a temperature and the unit turn on and off by itself
A:
Press the ifeel button, and the air conditioner will sense the temperature of the room. Change the temperature from the air inlet of the air conditioner to the temperature around the remote control. The remote control is usually placed in an area where people are active, which is closer to the temperature perceived by the human body, making temperature control more precise and comfortable for the human body. In automatic mode, the temperature display on the remote control will disappear and default to 24 ℃. The constant temperature will continue to work and cannot be changed.
